01 Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products provide immediate access to protected educational materials, downloads, frameworks, videos, or resources, we do not offer refunds once access has been delivered.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Objection Reframe Playbook
  • Elite Closer Identity Workbook
  • The Closer's Code
  • Any other digital resource sold through this website

02 No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds if you:

  • Change your mind after purchase
  • Decide not to use the product
  • Purchase the wrong product by mistake
  • Do not complete the training
  • Do not apply the material
  • Expected a different result
  • No longer want access after delivery

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

03 Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, contact us through the website contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product or resend the access information.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund unless we are unable to provide access after reasonable support attempts.

04 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us through the website contact form. Duplicate purchase refund requests will be reviewed case by case.

05 Private 1-Hour Closing Diagnosis

Private sessions are paid professional access to Tarik's time, analysis, and expertise. Refunds are not guaranteed once a session is booked.

You may request to reschedule if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed calls, late arrivals, or cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

06 No Guarantee-Based Refunds

We do not offer refunds based on lack of results. Our products and services provide education, strategy, frameworks, and training. Your results depend on your execution, skill, consistency, market, communication, offer, and personal responsibility.

07 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing issue, contact us first through the website contact form. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to current and future products or services.
